Position yourself to successfully lead an agile team (or multiple teams) and effectively take on more complex and key initiatives for your organization. This course is designed for those who have a basic knowledge of Lean and Agile. If you have your Certified Scrum Master, ACP, SAFe or other accreditation, this course will take you to the next level.

- Two years of experience working on an agile team in a leadership role, like Disciplined Agile Team Lead, Scrum master, DA Product Owner, Senior Agile Project Manager OR you have taken the 2-day Tactec DASM training course.

This course is designed for those who have a basic knowledge of Lean and Agile, and want to take it to the next level. If you have your Certified Scrum Master, ACP, SAFe or other accreditation, this course will help you deepen your understanding and achieve your goal of agile mastery.
Am I Ready for the DASSM course?

Your courseware is included in the price of the course. Once you have purchased the course, you will have access to your courseware through Tactec’s exclusive online Learning Management System (LMS). Your LMS courseware is available for 12 months.
You will also receive an access code and additional directions from PMI on how to download the courseware from PMI’s official course provider. Please note that the PMI access code will expire in 30 days and can only be used once.
The courseware in Tactec’s LMS and in the PMI courseware link are the same, with the exception of the FREE reference book download “Choose Your WoW”.
We would like you to feel comfortable and be engaged in the learning process. Students are encouraged to post their questions on the Parking Lot in the miro board and those questions will be answered during the course. We try to take a five minute break every hour so that you can stretch your legs, grab a beverage, and get a quick snack. Then we get right back to the course, since we have a lot of material to cover. We usually take a 20 or 30 minute break for lunch.
The DASSM exam has 50 questions and you are given 90 minutes to complete the exam. The 90 minutes does not include a tutorial which takes 10-15 to go through. The exam is a non-proctored exam with Pearson Vue.
If you have studied the courseware and have a good understanding of Agile, you should have no problem passing the course.
After you have finished the DASSM course, we will notify PMI that you have successfully completed the course.
You must complete an application prior to writing your exam. After your application has been approved, you have 60 days to write your exam.
PMI will notify you directly that you have been approved to write the exam and any other applicable details.
