We believe in 100% customer satisfaction and will aim to always rectify any issue or problem we reasonably can. 

Refunds for Courses

If you are no longer able to take an instructor-led training course you booked with us:

  • You may re-book the course for any available date in the next 12 months completely free of charge. 
  • You may request a full refund (minus up to 5% non-refundable card transaction fee) if your courseware access key has not been activated. In the event that your courseware access key has been activated please contact us at [email protected] and we can arrange for a partial refund to be issued.

Please note: Tactec Strategic Solutions reserves the right to change the dates of a class should unforeseen circumstances arise. However, every effort will be made to accommodate individuals onto another class should the revised date not work or offer a refund.

Refunds for Private Services

We provide no refunds for any of our private services. If you have any issues or problems please contact us at [email protected] and will do our best to work with you to find an adequate solution.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

If you have already attended a course with us but left feeling unsatified you may request to re-book the course at any available date within the next 12 months completely free of charge.

Alternatively you can submit a complaint with our support team at [email protected], highlighting the issues you had with the course. We will review your submission and get back to you within 24hours with tailored resolution suggestions.
